Refund and Cancellation Policy
These programs are one-time purchases. There is no recurring subscription to cancel for the course and bundle offers advertised here.
Because these programs provide access to digital educational content, change-of-mind refunds are not provided once access to the purchased program has been supplied, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in the purchase terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
The standard course and Complete Practice Bundle offers provide 90 days of access from the date access is supplied. The separately advertised lifetime offer is governed by its own purchase terms.
