Advance Practice™ Self-Paced Training Terms & Conditions — Lifetime Access Offer

These Terms & Conditions apply to the purchase and use of the Advance Practice - 3 Course | Lifetime Access offer. By purchasing and selecting “I agree to the Terms & Conditions” at checkout, you agree to the following terms.

1. Program access

Your purchase provides lifetime access to the three self-paced digital programs specified below. No 90-day access expiry applies to this offer.

3. Practice access

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, the program is licensed for use within the purchasing dental practice or business only. Access may be provided to relevant team members within that practice for internal training purposes. Program access, login details, videos, resources, workbooks and other materials must not be shared with individuals or businesses outside the purchasing practice.

4. Intellectual property

All program content remains the intellectual property of Advance Practice™ and/or its licensors. This includes training videos, frameworks and methodologies, workbooks, templates, scripts, resources, presentations, graphics, written materials, and The KITEVSKA High Value Case Acceptance Method™ and associated frameworks and training materials. Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property. You are granted a limited right to use the materials for the internal education and development of your practice during your access to the programs.

5. Copying and distribution

Program content must not be copied, reproduced, recorded, uploaded, published, distributed, sold, sublicensed or otherwise made available to another person or business without prior written permission from Advance Practice™. Program videos must not be screen-recorded, downloaded or reproduced unless a download has specifically been provided by Advance Practice™. Downloadable resources supplied as part of the program may be used internally within the purchasing practice.

6. Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless another payment arrangement is expressly offered at checkout. The price for this offer is A$6,000 plus applicable GST/tax. The amount payable is shown at checkout. This is a one-off purchase, not a subscription.

7. Refunds and change of mind

Because these programs provide access to digital educational content, change-of-mind refunds are not provided once access to the purchased programs has been supplied, except where required by Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Educational purpose

Advance Practice™ programs provide education, training, frameworks and practical guidance designed to assist dental practices and their teams. The training does not constitute legal, financial, accounting, clinical or other professional advice. Participants remain responsible for determining how the training is implemented within their own practice and for ensuring compliance with their professional, clinical, regulatory and legal obligations.

9. Results

Examples, case studies, revenue improvements, case acceptance outcomes or other results discussed within Advance Practice™ training are provided for educational and illustrative purposes. Individual results will vary. Advance Practice™ does not guarantee any particular financial, revenue, profitability, case acceptance, treatment acceptance or business outcome as a result of completing or implementing the training.

10. Technology and access

Participants are responsible for having an appropriate internet connection, device and software required to access the online training platform. If a technical issue originating from Advance Practice™ or its training platform materially prevents access, Advance Practice™ will take reasonable steps to restore access or provide an appropriate alternative.

11. Misuse of program access

Advance Practice™ reserves the right to suspend or terminate program access where there is reasonable evidence that login details have been shared outside the purchasing practice; program materials have been copied or distributed without permission; content has been reproduced, resold or commercially exploited; or the program or intellectual property has otherwise been used in material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where reasonably practicable, Advance Practice™ will notify the purchaser of the issue before terminating access and provide an opportunity to remedy the breach where the breach is capable of remedy.

12. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with your purchase and participation will be handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws and the Advance Practice™ Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to program content

Advance Practice™ may update, improve or modify program content from time to time. Any changes will not materially reduce the overall training purchased during the participant’s access period.

14. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

15. Acceptance

By completing your purchase and ticking the Terms & Conditions acceptance box at checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
